How it works

1-on-1 Training

I believe that personal training should be about more than just pushing weights. That’s why I offer a comprehensive approach to health and fitness that takes into account your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. After filling out the consultation form, a demo session is the perfect way to get started. For just $100 plus HST, you’ll receive a 1 hour session consisting of a full body assessment and a workout that will give you an idea of what to expect from our future training program.

*The sessions will be carried out at Higher Ground Gym (382 Yonge St, Toronto, ON, M5B 1S8) or at your condo gym.

Demo Session

 

  • 60 minute session

  • Assessment to identify posture, movement patterns, and mobility

  • Workout to assess fitness level and ability

 

$100 + HST
